WHAT ACCOMMODATION IS AVAILABLE?

There are several accommodation options for your consideration. We encourage you to book accommodation early to avoid disappointment.

WHAT CATERING IS AVAILABLE DURING THE FIELD DAYS?

Exhibitor Breakfast
– Available from 6am – 8am in the Pavilion Kitchen, cooked or continental Wednesday and Thursday

Exhibitor Lunches
– Available from Pavilion Kitchen Monday – Friday (Listen for the Siren)

Exhibitor Evening Meals
– Available from Pavilion Kitchen Tuesday and Wednesday evening at 6pm

ARE THERE ANY FURTHER ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MY BUSINESS?

For $150, you can have your products or services announced over the public address system over both days of the event. Your announcement will also be broadcast on 93.1FM during the event. More details in the 2025 Prospectus. There is also the opportunity to advertise with our Newdegate Machinery Field Day Facebook page for only $15.
